Executive Admin Professional

  • Our growing non-profit is looking for an experienced executive administrative professional. This is a critically important role in our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain CRM

  • Design, develop and improve business processes

  • Manage nominations process

  • Manage vendor relationships

  • Maintain data for multiple projects

  • Accurately maintain files

  • Bookkeeping tasks (reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable & budgeting)

Qualifications:

  • Experience with vendor management

  • Ability to foster relationships

  • Previous experience as administrative assistant or office manager.

  • Ability to foster relationships with vendors, captains and clients

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with excel and web based systems like Google Sheets, Quickbooks, Kindful(Non-profit CRM) a plus.
