Our growing non-profit is looking for an experienced executive administrative professional. This is a critically important role in our organization.
Design, develop and improve business processes
Manage nominations process
Manage vendor relationships
Maintain data for multiple projects
Accurately maintain files
Bookkeeping tasks (reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable & budgeting)
Experience with vendor management
Ability to foster relationships
Previous experience as administrative assistant or office manager.
Ability to foster relationships with vendors, captains and clients
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with excel and web based systems like Google Sheets, Quickbooks, Kindful(Non-profit CRM) a plus.
