Day of Event

7:15 am Registration begins

7:15-8:15 am Grab and Go breakfast in the Lobby

8:15 am Brief Meeting at the Carts/Prayer

8:30 am Shotgun Start

12:30-1 pm or as teams finish: Social time in the Lobby (Light apps)

1 pm Silent Auction Closes/ Lunch begins

1:15 pm Program begins

2:45 pm Million Dollar Hole in One!

3 pm Close

Golf Scramble Rules:
1. A scramble means that all team members tee off on each hole and then decide which tee shot they like the best and mark the spot with a tee or ball marker. 

2. The other team members pick up their balls and place them within one club length of the marked spot (keeping the ball in the same type of position of fairway or rough or hazard). Each team member hits their next shot from the chosen spot. 

3. This procedure is followed on every shot until you reach the green where the ball should be marked on the putting green. 

4. Putts need to be placed within 1 foot of the marked spot (no closer to the hole). The first ball to go in the hole is counted for the team score. 5. Men tee off from the “Wilds” tees and women from the “Forward” tees. 

6. Please download the Golf Status App and use the REAL TIME SCORING or turn the scorecards into the Tournament Organizer.

7. If you are a Team of 3, each person will rotate taking the 4th shot in the same order.

Tournament Contests:

11th Hole - $100,000 for Hole in One ($50K to you & $50K to BCE)

18th Hole - $1Million for Hole in One (Two players selected from the winning team) 165 yards to be taken after the Christmas Luncheon
